Projects include:

Mobile Security
The introduction of mobile security patrols throughout the estates. Further to this, each company will be offered a key holding and alarm response service at a discounted rate.

CCTV
Closed circuit television cameras will be installed at key locations throughout the estates. Exact final locations will need to be determined and will be subject to issues relating to technical requirements and visibility e.g. lighting and foliage.

Police Liaison
Continued liaison with the local police and a 15% reduction in crime.
